Project overview

For our client, we are looking for 1 Automation Engineer / Platform Automation Consultant (m/f/d) Remote/Stuttgart.

The focus is on the automation and standardization of Linux and open-source platforms.

Project-related self-assessment on a scale of: 1 = 10% - 10 = 100%

Responsibilities

• Min. 3 years of experience in infrastructure automation
• Ansible, Playbooks and Roles
• Automation of provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operation
• Shell/Bash, Python, YAML
• GitLab / CI/CD
• Infrastructure-as-Code
• Docker, Kubernetes and/or OpenShift
• Automation of patch and lifecycle processes
• Technical conception and documentation

• Several years of relevant experience in the Linux/open-source environment
• German at least C1 level
• Willingness for occasional on-site assignments in the Stuttgart region
• Existing security clearance or willingness to undergo a security clearance
• Client: Public Sector
• Assignment Region: Stuttgart / Baden-Württemberg
• Work Model: predominantly remote / Homeoffice possible
• Remote Share: currently approx. 80% planned
• On-site: as needed, currently approx. every 14 days
• Utilization: 100%
• Language: German min. C1
