Project overview

Context

Development and deployment project for a prospecting assistance platform. The solution takes the form of a platform with a web interface and a set of data research and processing modules.

Mission

The client wishes to entrust a specialized consultant with the development, integration, and deployment of the platform.

The consultant carries out their missions in close consultation with the project manager. The consultant is integrated into the research/project team and directly performs the tasks assigned to them, under the supervision of the project manager, who ensures the technical monitoring of their work and defines the operational orientations necessary for their realization. They participate in internal progress meetings as well as coordination points according to the schedule established by the Buyer.

Consultants work with the project manager using an Agile methodology:

Expected Skills

The development of the platform requires solid knowledge in front-end (NodeJS), back-end (Typescript, Python), data (ETL), AI (NLP and LLM), and infrastructure (Terraform, Ansible, Docker).

• Front-end and back-end development;
• Solution architecture design;
• Proposal and implementation of solutions for technical (scaling, performance, etc.) and business (from user testing) issues;
• Synthesis and communication of decision-making elements regarding technological choices, with explanations of risks and benefits;
• Documentation of the code and the platform's operation;
• Supporting the team in upskilling.
• Activities and tasks necessary for project completion are divided into development cycles (sprints) lasting from one week to a maximum of two months. Consultants contribute directly to their execution, in accordance with the objectives and priorities defined for each sprint;
• During each sprint, consultants carry out the design, development, testing, and documentation work assigned to them, in order to produce a functional version of the developments carried out;
• Activities, tasks, and deliverables for subsequent sprints are defined and estimated during previous sprints, in consultation with the project manager, in order to adapt the work to the project's needs and progress.

Required Profile

Experienced Full-Stack AI Engineer, with at least 5 years of experience.

• NodeJS, React, Javascript, Typescript, Python;
• RDBMS and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, SOLR);
• Software engineering tools and best practices (versioning, code quality, testing, documentation…);
• DevOps tools and best practices (Terraform, Ansible, Docker, CI/CD…);
• AI and data science (NLP, LLM…);
• Cloud infrastructure (OVH, AWS…).
• Creation of web applications;
• Development of micro-services applications;
• Implementation of text search modules using NLP;
• Database management;
• Website scraping;
• Use of "open data" on companies in France and/or Europe;
• Use of LLMs via API;
• Deployment on cloud infrastructure.
