Role: Avaya Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Required Skills:

• Configure, install, maintain, and support Avaya communication systems.
• Monitor Avaya environment health, including trunking and adjunct systems.
• Handle programming and troubleshooting tickets, providing Tier III support.
• Coordinate with telecom providers to resolve circuit and connectivity issues.
• Deploy new Avaya products, technologies, and system enhancements.
• Prepare technical documentation and train junior support staff.
• 15+ years of Avaya systems experience.
• Avaya Communication Manager 7.1.3, Session Manager 7.1.3, and System Manager 7.1.3.
• Avaya Call Management System (CMS R18) and Workforce Optimization 15.2.
• Avaya G650/G450/G430 gateways and Spira SBCs.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, H.323, VoIP, and real-time communication protocols.
• Networking knowledge: Routing, Switching, Firewalls, WAN, and QoS.
• Tier III troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and technical documentation.
