Client: Leading Professional Services Organisation

We are currently working with a large, established professional services organisation based in Europe, which is looking to recruit an experienced AWS

Architect to join a major project.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale programme, playing a key role in the design and delivery of AWS cloud architecture within a complex enterprise environment.

The Role

As an AWS Architect, you will be responsible for designing and shaping cloud solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, resilient and aligned with the organisation's wider technology strategy.

You will work closely with technical teams, senior stakeholders and project delivery teams, providing architectural expertise and helping drive the successful delivery of the programme.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end AWS cloud architecture solutions.

Define cloud architecture strategies, standards and best practices.

Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient and cost-effective.

Work closely with engineering, infrastructure and security teams.

Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project.

Support cloud transformation, migration and modernisation initiatives.

Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience as an AWS Architect or AWS Solutions Architect.

Strong hands-on knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture.

Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale cloud solutions.

Strong understanding of cloud security, networking and infrastructure.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform or CloudFormation.

Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and containerisation technologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
