Project overview
Our client is looking for someone who has strong experience with Azure SSO and MFA for our our clients working full remotely. This role is Outside IR35 and requires an SC clearance.
Responsibilities
Support onboarding and offboarding of applications to the corporate SSO capability.
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. - Administer and maintain enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Federation services.
- Configure, deploy, and support SSO integrations between enterprise applications, cloud services, and identity providers.
- Administer authentication and federation technologies and related protocols
- Conduct the following activities for MFA incidents and service degradation events.
- Investigation and triage of MFA-related incidents.
- Coordination of technical resolver groups.
- Engagement with Microsoft support where required.
- Service restoration activities.
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) production.
- Tracking of recurring issues and trends.
