Hays IT Contracting is a cooperation based on B2B rules. We connect IT specialists with the most interesting technological projects on the market. For our client, a leading organization from the banking sector focused on developing and modernizing digital banking services, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Senior Manual Tester (API).

You will contribute to a strategic transformation initiative focused on the development and modernization of an electronic banking platform dedicated to corporate clients. The project covers platform functionalities related to authentication, authorization, user security, customer communication, and self-service capabilities, while supporting the migration of key components towards a modern architecture. Working within an Agile environment, you will cooperate closely with analysts, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to ensure high quality and reliability of delivered solutions.

Scope of Services:

• Cooperation mode: Hybrid, Warsaw
• Compensation: 100 PLN/h net (+ VAT)

• Verification of platform functionalities related to authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Validation of user security and customer communication solutions
• Preparation and execution of test scenarios and test cases
• Testing REST API integrations and backend services
• Performing integration, regression, and system testing activities
• Analysis of business and technical requirements
• Identification, reporting, and verification of defects
• Cooperation with project stakeholders to ensure delivery quality
• Supporting the modernization of platform components and integration layers

• At least 5 years of experience in manual testing of IT systems
• Proven experience in creating test cases and test scenarios
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to execute database queries
• Experience in integration, regression, and system testing
• Ability to analyze business and technical requirements
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Experience working in complex integration environments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a project team
