B2B Project: Manual Tester

Project overview

Hays IT Contracting is a cooperation based on B2B rules. We connect IT specialists with the most interesting technology projects on the market. For our client, a leading organization in the banking and financial services sector, we are currently looking for Experts for the role of Manual Tester (Customer Self-Service).

You will join the project focused on customer self-service solutions within digital channels. The project covers functionalities related to user management, permissions, approval workflows, and other customer-facing services. You will cooperate closely with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the full software delivery lifecycle.

Scope of Services:

• Cooperation mode: Hybrid, Warsaw
• Compensation: Up to 100 PLN/h net (+ VAT)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Cooperation: Long-term project
• Contract type: B2B, through Hays Poland
• Preparing and executing functional, integration, regression, and UAT tests
• Creating and maintaining test cases and test scenarios
• Verifying business and technical requirements
• Testing integrations between systems and digital channel functionalities
• Performing API testing and validating system communication
• Supporting defect analysis and coordination with project stakeholders
• Participating in Agile ceremonies and project activities

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in manual testing
• Experience in preparing test cases and test scenarios
• Practical experience with REST API testing
• Strong SQL knowledge and ability to execute database queries
• Experience with Jira, Xray, or Zephyr
• Hands-on experience with integration and regression testing
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work independently and effectively organize project activities
