Project overview

Together with our Partner, a global leader in the Fuel & Retail industry, developing modern digital solutions for individual and business clients in international markets, we are looking for an experienced specialist to provide services as a Java Developer.

The project is being carried out in the area of home electric car charging. The solution supports companies whose employees use company cars and charge them at their homes. The system covers the entire process – from ordering and installing the charger, through handling the charging process, to calculating energy consumption, costs, and subsequent settlements.

Readiness for coordination meetings at the Partner's office in Warsaw (approximately 2x per week), the remaining time remotely.

• Development and maintenance of microservices in Java according to Clean Architecture principles, with an emphasis on readability, testability, and ease of further solution development.
• Development of areas related to users, email communication, and APIs for the frontend, including the implementation of new functionalities.
• Making independent technical decisions within the developed areas and participating in code reviews.
• Implementation and development of fee calculation and settlement logic, including business rules.
• Adapting the system to new markets.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Java.
• Experience working in distributed systems and microservices.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture principles.
• Commercial experience with AWS cloud.
