Freelance architect / civil engineer / construction technician (m/f/d) for permit planning and construction technology sought

For cross-project support of several construction projects, we are looking for an experienced freelance planner (m/f/d) in the field of structural engineering, technical buildings, and infrastructure.

The focus of the activity lies in the independent creation and processing of planning documents as well as technical specifications for building application and permit procedures. Processing is based on existing, survey, and planning documents in close coordination with the respective project management.

Responsibilities

• Creation and processing of floor plans, elevations, and sections
• Representation of existing, demolition, and new construction measures
• Creation of site, open space, and setback plans
• Performance of area and volume calculations (GRZ, GFZ, BGF, BRI)
• Creation of graphical documentation for building applications
• Checking, revising, and adapting existing planning documents
• Incorporating planning changes and technical specifications
• Compiling planning-relevant documents for permit procedures
• Independent processing of several projects in parallel

• Studies in architecture or civil engineering, alternatively training as a construction technician or construction draftsman
• Several years of experience in structural engineering planning
• Experience in permit planning and the creation of building application documents
• Confident use of AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, or comparable CAD software
• Knowledge of building code law and building regulatory requirements
• Experience with area and volume calculations
• Independent, structured, and careful way of working
• Experience with technical buildings, industrial plants, or infrastructure projects is an advantage
• Start: possible at short notice
• Utilization: preferably full-time
• Duration: long-term cooperation planned
• Deployment: cross-project
• Remote share possible by arrangement
