Job description
Experienced Construction Manager needed for site supervision and coordination of remaining work at a substation, focusing on primary and secondary technology, cable pulling, steel assembly, and high-voltage equipment.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced construction manager to lead and coordinate remaining work at a substation. You will be responsible for on-site construction management and will take over the overall coordination of all technical and craft work.
Your tasks include supervising and coordinating work on primary and secondary technology, including cable pulling and connection work. You will coordinate steel assembly and supervise the installation of high-voltage equipment and high-voltage terminals. Furthermore, you will be responsible for site safety, conduct regular progress checks, and create corresponding reports.
A significant part of your activity is the management and coordination of subcontractors to ensure a smooth project flow.
We expect several years of experience as a construction manager in electrical connection and energy technology. Sound knowledge of substation construction at the high-voltage or extra-high-voltage level is required. You should have proven experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors and be prepared to perform your duties entirely on-site at the construction site.
