Regular presence and active participation in interdisciplinary project teams, especially on-site at the construction site
Support in moderating project meetings and workshops
Promotion of communication and collaborative partnership between project stakeholders
Support in coordinating different disciplines and construction expertise
Close collaboration with experienced IPA moderators and gradual assumption of own tasks in project support
Support of projects in the areas of building construction, building administration, and waterways
Requirements
Initial professional experience in construction, building construction, or infrastructure projects
Completed degree or comparable qualification, ideally in civil engineering, architecture, or construction management
Basic understanding of construction processes and project organization
Interest in IPA and collaborative project models
Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Hands-on mentality and willingness for regular presence on the construction site
Structured and independent way of working
