- Professional coordination and management of subcontractors on the construction site
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of execution
- Control of the timely implementation of construction services
- Preparation and leadership of construction meetings
- Ensuring a smooth process between subcontractors and construction management
- Completed vocational training as a concrete and reinforced concrete worker, further training as a civil engineering technician, or a degree in civil engineering
- Sound practical experience in shell construction and civil engineering
- Technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
