Profile

• Conducting an independent audit of existing organizational and process structures in the field of construction and facility management
• Analysis of organizational structures, processes, and associated governance structures
• Evaluation of responsibilities, roles, competencies, and control mechanisms
• Identification of organizational, procedural, and regulatory risks
• Auditing selected construction and real estate projects regarding economic efficiency, traceability, and internal and regulatory requirements
• Documentation of findings and derivation of professional recommendations for action
• Presentation and explanation of audit results to relevant stakeholders
• Sound experience in conducting audits, audit assignments, or examination tasks
• Demonstrable expertise in construction, real estate management, facility management, or comparable fields
• Experience in auditing organizational structures, governance models, and business processes
• Knowledge of common control, risk, and compliance standards
• Experience in analyzing organizational structures and processes
• Ability to evaluate responsibility and competence structures
• Structured and analytical approach
• Ability to precisely evaluate complex issues and present them comprehensibly
• Confident communication at management level
• Independent and autonomous way of working
• High results orientation as well as experience in creating robust audit reports
