Experienced construction manager sought for the operational site management of a residential building project with an integrated underground parking garage, focusing initially on the shell construction phase.
Project overview
We are looking for an experienced construction manager for the operational site management of a residential building project with an integrated underground parking garage. You will be responsible for the shell construction phase on-site and will then seamlessly continue with the construction management for the structural and facade phases.
Your tasks include the daily coordination and supervision of shell construction work, the digital processing of all construction site processes, and IT-supported documentation. You will be the point of contact for all trades involved in the construction and will be responsible for adhering to deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
We expect at least five years of professional experience as a construction manager with a focus on shell construction, civil engineering, or structural engineering. You should be proficient in using IT tools and digital construction processes and be able to apply them confidently. Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, are required.
The project starts in December 2026 and is planned for a duration of at least five months. This is an on-site position with continuous presence on the construction site.
