+ Operative construction management of the structural work on-site for a residential building including an underground garage
+ Digital processing of construction site processes as well as IT-based documentation
+ Seamless continuation of construction management for the subsequent building shell and facade phase
Requirements
+ At least 5 years of professional experience as a construction manager (structural work, civil engineering/building construction)
+ Proficient, confident handling of IT tools
+ Very good German language skills, spoken and written
