Responsibilities
An experienced construction manager with sound experience is sought.
- Participation in construction and project meetings
- Control and coordination of subcontractors in the HVAC/Building Services sector
- Creation of certificates and proofs
- Logging and documentation of construction activities
- Creation and processing of change orders
- Creation and checking of measurements
- Regular site walks and monitoring of execution quality
- Coordination with project management and other project participants
