A long-standing partner of ours is looking for support in construction management for two school projects:
Framework Parameters:
- Construction Project: 1x School Building (Demolition 4-6 weeks) 1x School Building (Fit-out, 4-5 months)
- Client: General Contractor
- Start: asap
- End: until the end of April 2027 (option for extension)
- Utilization: Full-time
- Location: Greater Cologne Area
Responsibilities
What you bring:
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Participation in site meetings
- Quality, schedule, and cost control
- Invoice verification, change order, and defect management
- Communication and coordination with the client
- Participation in acceptances
- Degree in Civil Engineering or comparable technical training (Master Craftsman, Technician f/m/d) desirable
- Experience in public construction/school construction advantageous
- Team player
