CRM Business Analyst

Mandatory: Veeva, international roll-outs. Highly desirable: pharma.

• Act as the interface between business units (sales forces, medical affairs, patient affairs), IT, data, and suppliers.
• Gather and formalize needs: workshops, processes, functional requirements, user stories.
• Contribute to solution selection: POC, Buy / Make / Hybrid scenarios, RFP, evaluation grids.
• Ensure compliance: GDPR, health data, security, pharmaceutical codes of practice.
• Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and international deployments in waves.
• Experience in pharma or life sciences, ideally with commercial, medical, or patient processes.
• Knowledge of CRM ecosystems (Veeva, Salesforce) and HCP / HCO reference data.
• Familiarity with regulated environments and multi-country deployments.
• Fluent English, travel possible.
