Project overview
For two school building projects in the greater Cologne area, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager (m/f/d) in full-time employment. The projects include a school building with demolition work (approx. 4-6 weeks) and a school building with fit-out work (approx. 4-5 months). Deployment begins promptly and runs until the end of April 2027, with an option for extension.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and liaison with subcontractors
- Participation in site meetings and acceptance inspections
- Quality, schedule, and cost control
- Invoice verification as well as change order and defect management
- Communication and coordination with the client
Requirements
The project will be carried out as a general contractor order. We are looking for a responsible specialist who will professionally manage both construction phases and ensure smooth progress.
- Completed degree in Civil Engineering or comparable technical training (e.g., Master Craftsman, Technician m/f/d)
- Experience in public construction or school construction is an advantage
- Confident communication and coordination skills
- Team player with a reliable working method
