For our client in the energy sector, we are looking for a Construction Manager Civil Engineering (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Responsibility for the operational implementation of the project regarding deadlines, budget, quality, and scope of services
• Ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring a smooth construction process through proactive planning and coordination of all project participants
• Responsibility for construction and inventory documentation as well as construction-related reporting
• Support and implementation of plan changes during construction
• Promotion of efficient collaboration within the project team as well as continuous
• Optimization of processes
• Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field; alternatively, a degree as a state-certified technician in construction
• Several years of professional experience in civil engineering (5+ years), preferably in large infrastructure projects in pipeline, route, or cable civil engineering
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project contexts, and economic and scheduling control processes on large construction sites
• Assertive personality with a structured way of working, high initiative, and strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and willingness to travel in the Leipzig area with your own car
• Performance period: from November 2026 for approximately 1 year
• Scope of services: 1 FTE (40 hrs./week)
• Place of performance: Leipzig (80%), remote (10%)
