- Identification, evaluation, and enforcement of change orders and claims in road and civil engineering projects
- Review of construction contracts, specifications, and contract-relevant correspondence
- Creation and negotiation of change order claims according to VOB/B
- Analysis of hindrances, performance changes, and construction process disruptions
- Support for project and construction management in documenting claim-relevant issues
- Preparation of negotiations with clients and subcontractors
- Degree in Civil Engineering or comparable technical qualification
- Sound experience in claim and change order management in road, civil, or infrastructure construction
- Sound knowledge of VOB/B and contract management
