Construction Manager / Site Supervisor Airport Cologne/Bonn

Project overview

For one of our clients, a well-known engineering service provider/general planner, we are currently looking for a Construction Manager/Site Supervisor for a major airport construction project in NRW.

Responsibilities

• Overall coordination and supervision of the construction execution of all trades
• Client representation towards executing companies
• Management of deadlines, costs, and quality
• Monitoring of construction schedules and project progress
• Review of change orders, measurements, and invoices
• Quality controls according to planning, standards, and rules of technology
• Accompanying acceptances, defect management, and handovers
• Interface management between planners, authorities, operators, and executing companies
• Project documentation and regular reporting

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Construction Manager or independently responsible Site Supervisor
• Experience with complex infrastructure or larger construction projects
• Cross-trade coordination and management
• Knowledge in schedule, cost, quality, and change order management
• Reliability check (ZÜP) according to § 7 LuftSiG
• Airport ID / Access authorization according to § 10 LuftSiG for the respective airport
• Suitable availability for the entire project duration
• Willingness to work on-site from the beginning of the respective construction phase
