Project overview

For a demanding railway infrastructure project in the Stuttgart area, we are looking for several construction supervisors (m/f/d) with experience in tunnel construction.

In this position, you will oversee the execution of tunnel and shaft structures, ensuring that quality, safety, and construction progress are guaranteed at all times.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of construction execution in tunnel and shaft construction (shotcrete method)
• Documentation of construction progress as well as management of construction diaries and defect lists
• Carrying out and accompanying technical acceptances
• Control of compliance with quality, work, and safety regulations
• Coordination with the executing companies on the construction site

• Training as a foreman, master craftsman, construction technician, civil engineer, or skilled worker in the construction industry
• Several years of practical experience in tunnel construction, ideally in the shotcrete method
• Confident handling of construction plans and technical documentation
• Independent and structured way of working
• Assertiveness, teamwork skills, and reliability
• Willingness to work in shifts, day and night shifts
• Long-term project assignment for approximately 76 weeks
• Participation in one of Germany's most significant infrastructure projects
• Responsible task in a technically demanding environment
• Collaboration with experienced specialists in tunnel and civil engineering
