Requirements
Several years of experience in construction supervision according to LBO in North Rhine-Westphalia
Experience in complex industrial projects in the Life Science, Pharma, or Semiconductor sector
Experience in projects with an investment volume of over €100 million
Experience in projects with individual contracts and correspondingly high coordination complexity
Demonstrable experience in brownfield projects (construction in existing buildings/ongoing operations)
