Project overview

For deployment with our client in Zurich, we are looking for a Consultant Specialist

Development of the target state 'Financial Crime Compliance' as a framework for implementation (TOM/Governance, Systems, Data, Processes) including investment estimation and prioritized implementation roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Professional responsibility for the development of a future-proof target state for Financial Crime Compliance
• Analysis and critical assessment of the existing FCC landscape
• Derivation of fields of action and professional requirements for achieving the target state in the dimensions of systems, data, processes, organization/skills, and governance.
• Professional representation of the Compliance Organization FCC and close collaboration with internal Compliance experts, IT, Business Project Management, Business Architecture, etc.
• Preparation and presentation of results to the Steering Committee and Top Management

Requirements

• Several years of proven professional and practical experience in the area of Financial Crime Compliance in a bank or comparable financial institution
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GwG/VSB, TxM, AML, Sanctions Law, KYC, Tax Compliance)
• Experience in designing or further developing FCC organizations, processes, and systems
• Demonstrable experience in leading roles in projects or programs of a strategic nature (conception, target state development, transformation projects)
• Ability to professionally represent compliance positions with sound reasoning and to challenge constructively at the same time
• Experience in stakeholder management at senior/top management level and in moderating workshops
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking skills, structured and focused way of working
• Ability to prepare complex issues in an audience-appropriate and decision-oriented manner (decision proposals, management slides)
• German: C2 – Near-native proficiency
• English: C1 – Professional working proficiency – Advanced (CAE)
• No subcontracting allowed!
