Responsibilities

• Identification and prioritization of automation and AI potentials with business departments
• Gathering, analysis, and structuring of business and technical requirements with IT and stakeholders
• Conception, development, and maintenance of solutions with RPA, Power Platform, and digital workflows
• Development and production-near implementation of Copilot Studio agents, including knowledge source connection
• Consulting business departments on Microsoft 365 Copilot prompts and reusable working methods
• End-to-end implementation of use cases from development through testing to operational handover
• Creation of documentation and operational concepts, as well as participation in governance guidelines

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the independent implementation of production-ready solutions and agents in automation and AI projects
• Demonstrable references for production-ready solutions with measurable benefits
• Sound practical experience with Power Automate Desktop, Power Apps, UiPath, or comparable platforms
• Current practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Prompt Engineering
• Experience with governance, compliance, and data protection in regulated corporate environments
• Structured, independent working style with strong implementation skills and ownership
• Very good German language skills, English is an advantage
