• Experience in creating requirements specification documents (Lastenheft) and supporting IT tenders until award, including proof of at least one requirements specification document supported until award at a transport company with at least 1,000 employees
• Ability to moderate specialist workshops and conduct structured requirements gathering
• Background in public transport planning, especially in vehicle and service planning as well as dispatching
