• Consulting the development team on the application of agile methodologies in the project environment
• Conception and execution of practical knowledge transfer and coaching measures for the roles Backend, Frontend, Test, and Architecture
• Professional exchange with team members to reflect on technical challenges and to promote knowledge building within the project
• Consulting on identifying qualification needs and designing project-specific development measures
• Transferring best practices, architectural principles, and development methods through workshops, pair programming, and training-on-the-job

• Several years of experience as a Lead Developer in complex large-scale projects with a focus on conception, architecture, and implementation of modern software solutions
• Very good knowledge in the development of Java-based applications (ideally with Java EE, Eclipse MicroProfile, Quarkus, and WebServices) or in modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js
• Several years of experience in the conception and implementation of modern software and solution architectures, especially in the environment of microservices, container technologies, security architectures, and cloud-native applications
• Very good knowledge in the design, documentation, and implementation of software architectures according to established architectural principles; ideally with certification as ISAQB Certified Professional for Software Architecture (Advanced Level)
• Practical experience in agile development environments, especially with Scrum and SAFe
• Competence in professional support, onboarding, and knowledge transfer for development teams, as well as in imparting best practices and architectural standards
