Senior UX/UI Designer Design Thinking

Responsibilities

• Participation in our client's internal incubator "The Nest" at the interface where innovations and products are developed
• Development of products for the energy industry, e.g., CO2 tracking platform, AI-based topology manager, and more
• Development of highly innovative Minimum Viable Products in a multi-person team
• Leading UX Research activities, workshops on functional framing, ideation, and co-design with companies, users, or ad-hoc for user testing and focus groups
• Capturing user needs, collecting user feedback through interviews, tests, surveys, literature, etc.
• Persona creation, definition, and formalization of user journeys
• Creation of storyboards, user flows, site maps, wireframes, etc.
• Working in an innovative and international environment
• Documentation and quality assurance of requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Visual Design, or relevant experience in comparable areas in the UX/UI field
• Several years of experience as a UX/UI Designer in agile projects
• Excellent Design Thinking expertise, Lean Startup methods, and UX, including UX research from comparable projects
• Very good knowledge in the front-end UX/UI implementation of digital channels such as application development, web or mobile solutions, and business support systems
• Proven experience with Figma, Sketch, Axure, Invision, Zeplin, Adobe XD, Balsamiq, etc.
• Several years of experience in agile projects, regardless of whether KANBAN or SCRUM etc.
• Industry experience in the energy supply sector is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and high problem-solving competence
• Communicative team player with a lot of initiative and enjoyment of working in an intercultural environment
• Very good English skills, very good German skills must-have, Dutch and French are an advantage
