Responsibilities
Management of the general ledger, including account reconciliation and ensuring proper bookkeeping
Participation in monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
Responsibility for provisions, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
Management of bank accounts, cash flows, and cash pooling processes
Fixed asset accounting, including capitalizations, depreciation, and disposals
Processing of VAT matters and tax declarations
Optimization and digitalization of finance processes
Participation in ERP and finance transformation projects
Requirements
Further training as a certified accountant (IHK) or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in financial and balance sheet accounting
Sound knowledge of HGB and good understanding of tax law
Experience in general ledger and financial statement preparation
Proficient in ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX) and Excel
Analytical and structured way of working
Very good German and good English skills
