- Established transportation and logistics organization
- Part of a nationwide network of trucking companies and logistics providers
- Stable company within the bulk transportation industry
- Training program available for entry-level candidates
- Sort and review scanned paperwork received from locations across the country
- Classify documents such as bills of lading, freight bills, and related paperwork
- Queue and organize documents for processing
- Complete billing for delivered trips and loads
- Ensure billing documentation is accurate and complete
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous billing, administrative, or data entry experience is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with electronic documents and computer systems
- $22.00 per hour
