Job description
We are looking for a BPM Specialist with strong WEBCON BPS knowledge to develop, stabilize, and automate internal business processes and integrate them with surrounding systems.
Project overview
For one of our clients, we are looking for a "BPM Specialist", with very good WEBCON BPS knowledge, to further develop, stabilize, and automate internal business processes, as well as implement their integration into surrounding systems.
Responsibilities
The assignment is full-time and 100% remote.
- Analysis of existing processes and derivation of technical requirements
- Design, setup, and customization of workflows and forms in WEBCON BPS
- Implementation of business rules, routings, and escalation mechanisms
- Integration of third-party systems, especially via REST APIs and MS SQL, possibly SAP or SharePoint
- Creation and execution of tests, support during go-live, as well as technical documentation, manuals, and knowledge transfer
Requirements
- Several years of documented project experience with WEBCON BPS, especially development and rollouts
- Practical experience in BPM, workflow design, and process modeling
- Experience with integrations via APIs, web services, and database connections
- Very good German language skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge in SAP integrations, especially IDoc, RFC, or OData
- Experience with the Microsoft stack, especially SharePoint and Power Platform
- Experience in the production/engineering environment or with manufacturing processes
