A software company is expanding its CRM landscape for sales and customer service based on the latest BSI versions. A consultant is sought who can capture business requirements and translate them directly into low-code configuration. The focus is on processes, forms, and workflows, not classic programming.

Responsibilities

• Capturing and structuring business requirements in workshops with the business department
• Configuring processes, forms, and workflows in BSI Studio
• Adapting data models, roles, and permissions
• Accompanying tests and business acceptance
• Training key users
• Documenting the configuration

• Project experience in configuring BSI Software (BSI Studio or BSI CX)
• Experience with low-code platforms in the CRM environment
• Fluent German
• Residence in the EU
• Availability for at least 6 months
• Basic Java knowledge for older BSI release versions
• Process knowledge in sales and customer service
• Experience with other CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
• French language skills
