Senior BSI CRM Consultant

Project overview

For a management consultancy, we are looking for several experienced Senior Consultants with in-depth knowledge of BSI software and project experience in the financial sector. The focus is on advising and developing CRM solutions based on the BSI Customer Suite for banks, insurance companies, or other financial service providers.

Responsibilities

• Advising business departments and IT on CRM processes and their implementation with BSI
• Analysis and recording of business requirements in the financial sector
• Conception and implementation of solutions with the BSI Customer Suite
• Support with configuration, customizing, and integration of the BSI solution
• Accompanying tests, acceptances, and go-live activities
• Coordination with business departments, IT, project management, and other implementation teams
• Creation of concepts, specifications, and project documentation

Requirements

• Experience of any kind with BSI software.
• Please do not apply if you have no BSI experience.
• Several years of practical experience with the BSI Customer Suite or BSI CRM
• Experience in a Senior Consultant role, ideally in client projects
• Demonstrable industry experience with a bank, insurance company, or financial service provider
• Good knowledge of business processes in the financial sector, e.g., customer management, sales, service, or consulting
• Experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Confident communication with business departments and IT
• Independent, structured way of working and good German language skills
