• Collect and systematically document the current implementation status regarding BSI IT-Grundschutz
• Analyze the existing information security organization, processes, policies, and technical and organizational measures
• Conduct a GAP analysis against the relevant requirements of BSI IT-Grundschutz
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize existing deviations and areas for action
• Assess the maturity level and certification capability
• Develop a robust roadmap towards the desired certification by 2028
• Several years of practical experience in BSI IT-Grundschutz and sound knowledge of BSI Standards 200-1, 200-2, and 200-3
• Experience with ISO/IEC 27001 based on IT-Grundschutz, as well as with status assessments and GAP analyses in the BSI environment
• Experience in establishing or further developing an ISMS and in supporting organizations through to certification
• Experience in planning and managing complex information security or certification projects
• Very good knowledge of BSI documentation and evidence requirements
• Language skills: German fluent
• Strategic and operational working style with a high degree of independence
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex requirements understandably
• Professional coordination of different stakeholders and structured approach
