Scope of Services

• Planning and control of all tasks in building management, especially for laboratories
• Recording of current conditions as well as identification of faults and optimization potentials
• Control, coordination, and scheduling of craftsperson tasks, especially in the area of HVAC / ventilation systems
• Preventive maintenance, fault management, and maintenance planning in several buildings
• Monitoring compliance with standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines
• Preparation of orders and commissioning of external service providers for technical work
• Ensuring the availability of sensitive areas such as production, laboratory, and control areas

• Several years of experience as an operations engineer or in building services engineering as well as in laboratory operations
• Knowledge in the area of energy management as well as technical gases, HVAC and purified water systems
• Know-how in cleanroom technology as well as industry-specific standards
• Expertise in using SAP for maintenance planning and task coordination
• Practical knowledge of the guidelines VDI 6023 and VDI 6021
• Experience with substances hazardous to water (ABSV) & explosion protection (ExSchutz) is advantageous
• Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing
