Job Title: Business Analyst
Responsibilities
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers and stakeholders.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives.
- Identify business process improvements, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Support UAT, requirements validation and delivery of business solutions.
- Ensure requirements align with standards, policies and objectives.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, user stories and backlog management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering and workshop facilitation.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and UAT.
- Active SC (Security Check) clearance is essential.
