Project:
For a client in public administration, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with in-depth experience in agile projects in the tax environment. In this role, you will be the central interface between the business department and IT, responsible for requirements analysis and specification for complex shared services and portal solutions.
Responsibilities
*Analysis, collection, and structuring of business requirements in the tax environment
*Development of business concepts, use cases, and user stories
*Modeling of business processes and requirements using BPMN and UML
*Participation in release introductions: lifecycle management, functional tests, and quality assurance together with the business department and IT
*Support in the further development of shared services and portal solutions
Requirements
*Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in an agile environment
*Sound practical experience in public administration (federal, cantonal, or municipal)
*Proven experience in the tax environment (federal, cantonal, or municipal tax administration)
*Several years of experience in modeling requirements using BPMN and UML
*HERMES, Scrum, Requirement Engineering, and Modeling certificates desirable
*Certification as IREB or Certified Expert in Business Process Management (OCEB)
Languages:
*Fluent German (C1 / C2 level)
