Compensation Package

• Ensuring technical and operational banking readiness by reviewing test evidence, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end processes in transformation and migration programs.
• Analyzing and evaluating system interfaces, data flows, batch and end-of-day processes, as well as identifying risks, gaps, and dependencies across multiple delivery streams.
• Conducting workshops with business departments, project teams, and test managers to challenge test coverage, process flows, and business/technical evidence.
• Evaluating data migrations, reconciliation results, control mechanisms, recovery scenarios, and operational resilience as part of banking readiness tests.
• Deriving and prioritizing measures to close identified gaps and supporting governance and risk decisions
• At least 10 years of experience (or the last 5) in banking transformation, migration, or operational readiness projects, ideally with a focus on recent years in the banking sector.
• Sound understanding of payment and/or lending processes as well as banking operational and service processes.
• Experience in UAT, Test Assurance, Test Evidence Reviews, and the evaluation of acceptance criteria and end-to-end test coverage.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with proven experience as a link between business, operations, test management, and project teams.
• Strong analytical skills as well as experience with data migration, reconciliation, batch processing, recovery tests, operational resilience, and risk assessment
