Function

For an innovative organization active in a complex B2B environment, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst. In this role, you will form the bridge between business and IT and translate business needs into concrete and workable solutions.

• Analyzing data and identifying trends, opportunities, and insights
• Translating complex information into clear recommendations to support decision-making
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Liaising with various stakeholders to clearly map out needs and expectations
• Supporting projects and monitoring progress, risks, and deliverables
• Ensuring that solutions align with defined business needs
• Supporting testing and validating implemented solutions
• Collaborating with product managers, process owners, experts, and development teams
• Acting as a link between business and technical stakeholders
• Documenting requirements, decisions, and changes in a structured manner
• Supporting backlog refinement and prioritization of work items
• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and solutions

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role
• Master's degree or equivalent
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and French; knowledge of English is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Experience with requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Affinity with applications, APIs, and service design
• Experience in translating business needs into functional solutions
• Knowledge of project monitoring, planning, and risk management
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex matters
• Team player with experience in a multidisciplinary environment
• Accurate, proactive, and results-oriented
• Flexible in changing contexts and able to quickly grasp new material
• Customer-oriented mindset and focus on value creation
