Business Analyst – Business Process Modeling

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support our business process optimization at the Berlin location. The position is hybrid and offers the opportunity to actively shape strategic process improvements.

Your tasks include the comprehensive recording, analysis, and modeling of business processes up to detailed level 3 documentation. You will conduct interviews and workshops with various specialist departments to gather and coordinate process requirements. You will create and maintain process diagrams and accompanying documentation.

A focus lies on identifying optimization potential in existing processes as well as developing and coordinating concrete improvement measures with stakeholders.

We expect several years of experience in business process analysis and process modeling, as well as in-depth expertise in process documentation methods and standards. Practical knowledge of common modeling tools is required. You should be proficient in conducting and moderating interviews and workshops and ideally be able to demonstrate project experience in process management through references.

Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are necessary. Your analytical skills, combined with structured thinking and strong communication, are central to success in this position.
