Business Analyst Calypso Back Office

Project overview

We are looking for a senior Business Analyst specializing in Calypso Back Office for a long-term mission with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region. You will join a study and project team in charge of Calypso applications, for post-trade activities related to repos, bonds, and issuance.

Your missions:

You will work in an agile mode, with two days of remote work per week possible.

Profile sought

You have at least 10 years of experience with Calypso, including solid back-office practice. You have mastered repo and issuance products, accounting, and financial messaging systems. You are familiar with agile methods. A Master's degree (Bac+5) is desired. Seniority, pedagogical skills, and a desire to share knowledge are essential for mentoring juniors, along with real autonomy and good interpersonal skills.

• Lead studies and projects around the different Calypso back office instances (repos, bonds, issuance, liquidity forecasting).
• Participate in the migration of securities activities to a new instance and support a major back office construction program for the Securities perimeter.
• Measure the impact of changes: static data, workflows, payments, confirmations, accounting, securities operations, positions, reporting.
• Estimate workloads, build schedules, and propose solutions with architecture.
• Write specifications, document the solution, and support UAT until go-live.
• Work with the solution editor.
• Support an application support setup composed of junior profiles.
