We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to provide temporary support to a leading healthcare organization operating across the DACH region. The role will ensure continuity of key commercial operations, reporting, and business support activities during a temporary team absence.

Key Responsibilities

Support commercial operations by managing pricing setups, rebates, discounts, credit notes, and related administrative processes.

Maintain sales and financial reporting tools, trackers, and forecast inputs to ensure accurate business visibility.

Deliver recurring sales performance reporting, including data consolidation, customer mapping, data uploads, and trend analysis.

Update and maintain business intelligence dashboards, customer master data, pricing structures, and reporting hierarchies across multiple systems.

Provide day-to-day operational support to Sales, Key Account Management, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in reporting and data management processes.

Candidate Profile

Strong experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Revenue Management, Sales Controlling, or a related field.

Advanced Excel and Power Query skills, with proven experience automating recurring reporting and data preparation activities.

Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP platforms (such as Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent systems).

Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against recurring operational deadlines.

Comfortable working independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams in an international environment.

Fluent English required; German is highly advantageous.
