Seeking a Business Analyst with extensive experience in data migration and integration, specifically within the insurance sector, to support a company merger project.
Project overview
Project Goals:
Partner data migration or integration as part of a company merger
Support for the developers involved in the project
Ensuring process security and availability of partner data across various systems
Responsibilities
Analysis of existing partner data structures and sources
Conception and documentation of data mapping into target systems
Coordination of business and technical requirements with business departments, IT, and external partners
Creation of specifications for ETL/migration processes
Support with testing, data validation, and error analysis during migration
Requirements
Very good, several years of experience as a (technical) Business Analyst in data migration or integration environments
Very good knowledge of data modeling, data mapping, and SQL or database structures
Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders and IT
Structured, independent way of working and high communication skills
Experience in the insurance industry
Fluent German, English advantageous
