Your Role

You act as the link between the business, IT, and stakeholders. You define scope, you manage, you deliver.

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs (user stories, specifications, target processes)
• Define project scope: perimeter, planning, budget, risks
• Monitor progress and lead steering committees
• Coordinate business, IT, and supplier teams
• Contribute to the digitalization of customer journeys and contract management processes (subscription, management, claims, and benefits)
• Prepare acceptance testing, change management, and go-live
• Track indicators and report to sponsors

Requirements

What We Offer

• Proven experience in business analysis and project management (ideally 5 years or more)
• Good knowledge of the insurance sector, ideally life insurance (products, contracts, regulations)
• Experience with digital transformation projects (online journeys, automation, system migration)
• Proficiency in Agile and/or V-model approaches, and tools like Jira, Confluence, BPMN
• Excellent communication, both written and oral, with all levels of the organization
• Rigor, autonomy, and results-oriented
• Fluent French and English
• Concrete projects with real impact
