Project overview
The assignment focuses on mapping and improving internal processes at the NZa.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Documenting eight organizational processes according to a process charter based on CMMI
- Assessing the maturity of these processes on the CMMI scale (1-5)
- Preparing an overview per process with two to four promising improvement proposals
- Acting as a connecting link between business and IT during process analysis
- Strong communication skills and a connecting role between business and IT
- Proactive attitude in addressing issues
- Knowledge and experience in BPMN, with experience in BizzDesign being a plus
- Work experience in IT/IS within (national) government, with experience within a CIO office being a plus
- Extensive, general experience in the field of IT for Business
- Expert level in process automation and Operational Excellence, with experience with CMMI maturity levels being a plus
- Advanced and current knowledge of business-IT alignment
