You'll be working in the Agents area within CESA Futures, supporting requirements and analysis activity across IT systems.

Your new role

An additional Business Analyst is required to work across systems' analysis, requirements and data activities. You'll need to understand customer requirements and translate them effectively through strong IT systems knowledge, analysis and communication.

The role requires someone comfortable operating across large-scale and/or multi-project environments and working with stakeholders with differing levels of IT knowledge.

• Rate: Up to £500 per day, dependent on seniority
• Location: Telford or Worthing
• Working arrangement: 2 days per week in the office
• Contract length: 3 months
• IR35/engagement: INSIDE IR35
• Clearance: BPSS required
• Identify, understand and clearly communicate customer requirements.
• Undertake requirements and systems analysis.
• Apply systems analysis techniques to assess and influence proposals.
• Perform system and high-level design analysis.
• Carry out data capture and data analysis.
• Apply data modelling techniques.
• Work effectively across large-scale and/or multi-project environments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Present effectively to development areas and the client base.
• Apply an understanding of system life cycles, particularly the requirements and analysis phases.
• Strong Business Analysis experience within IT systems environments.
• Strong requirements and analysis experience across large-scale and/or multi-project environments.
• Proficiency in systems analysis techniques.
• System and high-level design analysis experience.
• Data capture and data analysis experience.
• Experience using data modelling techniques.
• Understanding of RUP.
• Detailed understanding of systems life cycles, particularly requirements and analysis.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to work with stakeholders with different levels of IT knowledge.
• Ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
• Strong influencing and presentation skills.
• Strong decision-making and judgement.
• Flexibility and the ability to work under your own initiative.
• Attention to detail.
• Resilience and the ability to manage conflict.
• Knowledge of CESA.
• Rate of up to £500 per day, dependent on seniority.
• Initial 3-month contract.
• Telford or Worthing location with 2 days per week in the office.
