Business Analyst II Area CRM Objection and Appeal (contract)

Project overview

As a Business Analyst, you will work within the Integral Customer Image and CRM cluster on the connection between operations and software suppliers/development teams.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Inventorying the business needs of clients within UWV and converting them into concrete solutions
• Elaborating features into user stories
• Participating in sprint events within an agile team
• Assisting the Product Owner in managing the backlog
• Collaborating with colleagues such as architects, developers, testers, and administrators
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of team processes
• Aligning business needs with future users based on a fit/gap analysis with Microsoft Dynamics/Fabric
• Analyzing business changes and providing data-driven insights for service delivery
• Advising on optimization and digitalization of UWV business processes based on data in Microsoft Fabric
• Drafting acceptance criteria
• Conducting preparatory research into changes resulting from laws and regulations
• Relevant experience with CRM implementations
• Knowledge of and interest in requirements engineering and solution design
• Experience gained within a large-scale user organization
• Experience in an agile working environment
• Knowledge of business processes, organizational science, and ICT, with experience in drafting user stories
• Experience in conducting fit/gap analyses based on Microsoft Dynamics/Ecosystem as a solution platform
• Experience in drafting acceptance criteria
• Working and thinking level at WO/HBO level
• Functional knowledge of Fabric and Power BI is a plus
• Good command of the Dutch language in word and writing
