Business Analyst in the OSplus Credit Environment (46526-44BA)

Project overview

For a credit project in the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, we are looking for a Business Analyst with demonstrable OSplus Credit experience starting January 1, 2027.

Project Context and Tasks

The project is in the lending business of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and concerns the functional aspects around OSplus Credit. You will translate functional requirements into actionable specifications and connect the business department, functional support, and development.

• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements from the credit process
• Create functional concepts, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Describe processes and interfaces in the OSplus Credit environment functionally
• Moderate workshops with business departments and IT
• Accompany functional acceptance and test cases
• Coordinate changes and dependencies within the project team

Requirements

OSplus Credit is an exclusion criterion: profiles without concrete project experience with it will not be considered.

• Several years of verifiable project experience with OSplus Credit
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Designer in the banking environment
• Confident handling of requirements management, process modeling, and functional concepts
• Knowledge of the lending business in the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe
• Fluent German language skills
• Willingness for on-site appointments in Hanover or Münster
