Seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Intelligent Metering Systems (iMSys), device management, and market communication. The role involves analyzing and optimizing processes, handling clarification cases, and supporting technical systems within the smart metering environment.
Responsibilities
+ Analysis and optimization of IM4G-/IDEIM processes in the smart metering environment
+ Processing of clarification cases in device management and market communication
+ Functional support of iMSys, GWA, and MDM processes
+ Analysis of process and data errors in SAP IS-U / S/4 Utilities
+ Coordination with business departments, market partners, and external service providers
+ Documentation and requirements management in Jira and Confluence
+ Optional: Performing adjustments in IM4G-/IDEIM customizing

Requirements
+ Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Consultant, or SAP IS-U / S/4 Utilities Consultant in the Intelligent Metering environment
+ Sound knowledge of IM4G-/IDEIM processes, especially standard processes 3060, 3070, 3080, 3201, 3202, and 3203
+ In-depth understanding of intelligent metering systems (iMSys), device processes, and metering concepts
+ Experience with TAF1, TAF2, and TAF7 use cases, metering instances, and configuration of tariff and meter data
+ Practical experience in Gateway Administration (GWA) and Meter Data Management (MDM)
+ Knowledge of EEG plants and corresponding metering concepts (including MKA1-A3 and C1)
+ Very good SAP knowledge in device management, especially in analyzing IDEIM tables using SE16/SE16N
+ Experience in processing clarification cases and manual device replacement processes
+ Sound knowledge of device-related market communication between the metering point operator, supplier, and transmission system operator
+ Confident use of Jira and Confluence
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate functional and technical interfaces
